Dr. Dunagan and J. Lodden have over 50 years of combined experience working with mental fitness. We work with all levels of athletes - professional to youth - individuals and teams, including coaches, involved in all kinds of leisure activities. We also provide sports videos & support training for family and other key supporters of athletes and coaches because they are an integral part of an athlete’s athletic performance. Our experience includes mental training for Doyle Baseball Academies in Florida, for athletic programs and organizations, and for workshops and conferences of coaches and athletic directors. Our mental training formula - combining mental training with physical training - leads athletes toward maximum performance, mental toughness, and mental strengthening.
